Konami Australia is seeking a Logistics & Quick Change Coordinator to join our friendly and fast-paced Operations team.This is a varied coordination and administration role responsible for supporting delivery activities, Quick Change processes and operational administration.
You'll work closely with Warehouse, Production, Service and Sales teams to ensure orders, installations and operational requirements are coordinated efficiently and accurately.We're looking for a reliable, organised and detail-focused individual who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating multiple tasks and keeping things running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate freight and delivery activities to support customer orders and installationsOrganise carrier pick-ups and monitor deliveries through to completionTrack shipments and provide regular delivery status updatesMonitor DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) performance and help ensure service targets are achievedLiaise with Warehouse, Production and Service teams to support efficient order fulfilmentSupport Quick Change applications and regulatory requirements across NSW and other jurisdictionsCoordinate documentation and maintain accurate recordsTroubleshoot delivery issues, including shipment delays,
