In this role, you will supervise a small team, manage parts operations, and support both internal and external customers with accurate parts interpretation and supply.
You will also play a key role in developing and growing external parts sales.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a team of three parts staff, ensuring efficient daily operationsInterpret forklift parts requirements for internal service teams and external customersProvide high-level customer service and technical parts adviceDevelop and maintain relationships with existing customers, while identifying opportunities to grow external parts salesManage parts inventory, ordering,
