This is a unique opportunity to combine facilities management, workplace health and safety, and project coordination in one of Australia's leading luxury automotive retailers.About the RoleReporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and aligned with Porsche's premium brand standards in Alexandria.This is a hands-on and varied role that combines facilities management, contractor coordination, workplace safety, and project support.
You will be helping to maintain premium showroom, workshop, and office environments while ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirements.The role also provides opportunities to contribute to site improvement projects, refurbishment works, employee onboarding,



and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall workplace experience.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building robust stakeholder relationships, solving problems, and delivering practical outcomes across multiple locations.This is a part-time position, 12-month fixed term opportunity offering flexibility while requiring occasional adjustment of hours to coordinate contractors and site works.About YouExperience in Facilities Management, WHS, or a similar coordination roleUnderstanding of WHS legislation and compliance requirementsExcellent organisational and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities across multiple sitesA proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detailCertificate IV or Diploma in Facilities Management or similarTrade qualification or relevant facilities/building maintenance experienceExperience managing contractors, service providers and maintenance programsIf you're passionate about creating safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplaces, we'd love to hear from you.
