We're seeking a capable and innovative Submissions Lead to join our high performing team.
You'll play a key role in delivering fit-for-purpose critical infrastructure, supporting resilient communities and thriving industries.What you'll be doing:Lead end-to-end development and delivery of high quality, competitive tender and proposal submissionsCoordinate inputs from multidisciplinary teams including technical experts, senior leaders and internal stakeholdersDevelop compelling, solution-focused written content that aligns with brand and client expectationsManage submission schedules and ensure timely, compliant lodgement of tenders, EOIs and proposalsLead quality reviews and support continuous improvement of submission templates and collateralWhat you'll bring:5+ years' experience in bid submissions, proposal management or a similar roleStrong knowledge of tender and bid management processes within the construction and/or infrastructure sectorAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesignExceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft clear,



persuasive contentProven ability to manage competing deadlines and coordinate across multiple stakeholdersRelevant qualification in business, communications, project management or a related discipline (desirable)Why Join Us?
