Ironbark Advice (formerly Invest Blue) has an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing team as an experienced Marketing Support Specialist assisting with Leads & Opportunities within our Financial Planning teams.This role is six-month, fixed-term, full-time, working in a hybrid environment (subject to business requirements).

The successful candidate will contribute positively to team dynamics and provide support in the uplift in client opportunities.Key role responsibilities:Provide dedicated marketing support in managing leads and opportunities across the Financial Planning area of the business.Ensure inbound and campaign-generated leads are captured, qualified, assigned and followed up in a timely and consistent manner.Proactive interaction both face to face and via other forms of communication with team members to ensure all necessary information for leads is up to date and current in client management database (CRM).
Desired Skills and Experience:Experience providing exceptional Marketing support in managing leads and opportunities into a business,



ideally in Financial Services/Financial Planning.Experience with Salesforce highly desirableDemonstrate an ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work targets and activities with minimum supervision.Ability to work under pressure and within a well-defined compliance framework.Qualifications:Qualifications in Marketing, complete within at least the last 6 months.Standard background checks include but are not excluded to criminal history, bankruptcy, ASIC.About Us:Ironbark Advice is Australia's trusted home of great advice.
