Your new roleReporting to an experienced Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for delivering accurate production estimates across a high-volume residential construction portfolio.
You'll work across a range of detached housing products including investor homes, owner-occupier homes,



terrace homes and selected custom projects.Key responsibilitiesPreparing and compiling bills of quantitiesProducing production and variation estimatesManaging purchase order overrunsAssisting with supplier and subcontractor pricingSupporting procurement processes where requiredMaintaining pricing databases and standard house plans.What you'll need to succeedMinimum 2+ years' experience in Production EstimatingResidential construction industry experienceExperience using estimating software platformsStrong numerical and analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment.What you get in returnSalary package up to $100,000 + Super9-day fortnight following successful completion of probationOpportunity to join a stable and growing businessSupportive leadership and experienced estimating teamExposure to modern estimating software and systemsLong-term career stability on the Sunshine Coast.
