Sonoco Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Despatch Coordinator to join our team in Virginia, Queensland.
This full time role will be responsible for coordinating the efficient and timely dispatch of goods from our warehousing and distribution centre.What you'll be doingCoordinate the scheduling and dispatch of outbound freight to customersLiaise with customers, transport providers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of goodsOperate warehouse management systems to process and track ordersMaintain accurate records and documentation for all dispatched goodsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance the despatch functionAssist with inventory management and cycle counting activitiesProvide support to the broader warehouse and logistics team as requiredWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a despatch or logistics coordination role,
