We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Workshop Service Advisor & Administrator to become the key link between our customers, mechanics, and day-to-day workshop operations.This is a varied role that combines customer service, workshop coordination, administration, and service advising.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers while helping ensure the workshop runs efficiently and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and manage front-of-house enquiriesAnswer phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionallySchedule bookings and coordinate workshop jobsPrepare estimates and quotesKeep customers updated on vehicle repairs and maintenance workOrder parts through supplier portals and systemsCoordinate communication between customers and mechanicsManage invoices, payments, and workshop recordsMaintain accurate customer and job informationPerform data entry, filing,
