Staff turnover is exceptionally low, with clinicians choosing to remain because of the supportive culture, manageable expectations and genuine investment in professional development.The position is open to new graduates, early-career OTs and experienced clinicians, with full-time and part-time arrangements available.The Caseload You'll support clients aged approximately 15 years and above across a predominantly NDIS-funded caseload, with some private and DVA work.Common presentations include:Stroke and other neurological conditionsMultiple sclerosisIntellectual disabilityAutismPhysical and functional disabilitiesComplex mobility and equipment needsThe role is well suited to an OT interested in developing skills across:Functional Capacity AssessmentsAssistive Technology assessments and prescriptionComplex wheelchairs and seatingComplex home modificationsBathroom modificationsSupported Independent Living assessmentsFunctional rehabilitation and capacity buildingThis is not a purely psychosocial caseload.
