This includes:Responsibilities include:Hands-on repairs and maintenanceManagement and co-ordination of maintenance of the building and its environmentHigh level of customer service to residentsMaintenance of records and reportsBudget managementProvide leadership, supervision and co-ordinate site maintenance staffComply with current legislative standards around maintenance,
