Job DescriptionWashing and sanitising dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and kitchen equipmentOperating commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficientlyMaintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, storage areas and back-of-house areasAssisting with basic food preparation when requiredRemoving rubbish and maintaining waste disposal and recycling areasReceiving, storing and organising kitchen suppliesFollowing food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety proceduresSupporting chefs and the wider Kitchen team during busy service periodsEnsuring cleaning chemicals and equipment are used and stored safelyQualificationsPrevious experience working as a Kitchen Hand in a hotel, restaurant or similarly fast-paced environmentKnowledge of kitchen hygiene,
