This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of memorable celebrations, corporate events, weddings and special occasions while gaining exposure across multiple hospitality departments.About the RoleAs an Events Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every event is delivered with professionalism, energy and attention to detail.This is a casual position offering adaptable shifts across Events, with opportunities to support other hospitality areas throughout the Club based on operational needs.Key responsibilities include:Delivering exceptional customer service to guests throughout their event experienceSetting up and resetting function spaces in accordance with event requirements and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionallyAssisting with weddings, corporate functions,



special events and Club activationsMaintaining the cleanliness and presentation of event spacesSupporting operational requirements across multiple hospitality departments when requiredWorking collaboratively with team members to ensure events run smoothly and efficientlyAbout YouYou are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in dynamic environments where no two shifts are the same.
You bring a positive attitude, strong customer focus and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests.To be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in hospitality, functions, events or customer service rolesA professional and friendly approach to customer interactionsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced environmentsA proactive attitude and willingness to learnRSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain)Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidaysAvailability to work across Events and other hospitality departments as requiredWhy Join Us?
