Swim School Manager – Logan North Aquatic & Fitness Centre

With a strong focus on service excellence, safety, and community connection, this is an exciting prospect to lead a growing swim school while developing your career within one of Australia's leading aquatic and leisure management groups.
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the swim school, support and develop instructors, and help create an outstanding experience for children and families in the local community.
The Role
As Swim School Manager, you will:
Lead, mentor, and develop the swim school team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality swim instruction from infants through to squad levels
Manage class schedules, staff rosters, enrolments, and day-to-day swim school operations
Build strong relationships with families, schools, and the local community to grow participation and engagement
Drive enrolments through proactive communication, community outreach, and promotional initiatives
Ensure compliance with pool safety standards, child protection requirements, and operational procedures
Create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, students, and families
Work collaboratively with the Facility Manager to support overall venue success
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is:
A confident and motivated leader with the ability to inspire and support a team
Highly organised, with strong administration and time management skills
Passionate about customer experience and community engagement
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A strong communicator who can build trust with families, staff, and stakeholders
Solutions-focused, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
Experience in the aquatics, leisure, or swim school industry is highly regarded, but not essential.
We welcome applicants from a range of leadership and customer-focused backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow in the role.
Weekend availability (minimum one day) is required.
Qualifications
All CVM employees are required to hold a valid Paid Blue Card.
You will also be willing to obtain the following qualifications (at your own cost), with support and discounted training available through the company:
Swim Teacher and Water Safety qualification
First Aid and CPR certification
