You will perform a variety of administrative tasks and have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions.What you'll be doingGreeting and welcoming patients with a friendly and professional mannerScheduling and managing patient appointments, ensuring efficient flowHandling patient enquiries and providing accurate informationAssisting with patient registration and data entryMaintaining a clean and organised reception areaProviding support to the medical team as neededEnsuring compliance with medical administration policies and proceduresAbout youYou will thrive working in a busy environment, problem solving and multi-tasking.
You will possess valuable customer service skills and a high level of attention to detail when it comes to accuracy and sensitivity in handling patient information.

There are a range of shifts that are rostered on a rotating basis, with the earliest shift commencing at 7.30am and the latest shift finishing at 6.30pm.The ideal candidate will haveflexibility to accommodate rotating shifts between the hours of 7.30am and 6.30pmexperience in a medical reception roleBest Practice experience preferred, although not essentiala love of a fast-paced, busy environmentAt Nuvo Health, we believe healthcare should be accessible, convenient, and patient-centred.
