Our client is a boutique builder specialised within Residential and Commercial projects.
They have been in operation for more than 20 years and currently going through an expansion.
This is your chance to work for a dynamic company, with an ever-expanding portfolio of projects.
Due to a recently awarded Medium Rise Residential project, they have an immediate need for a Site Manager.
The Role
This opportunity will see you managing all the Construction activities on site; you will work directly alongside Project Manager with an experienced site team to deliver the project successfully
You will be in charge of the construction of a 20 Residential Units – 4 Storeys project from start to completion in Brisbane
You will be responsible for Managing and developing the programme, co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers,



and materials deliveries.
You will manage the OHS compliance on site including the site induction and will ensure the projects are delivered on time and within budget
Experience required
Extensive experience on Medium Rise Residential projects
Trade qualification as a Carpenter or degree in Building & Construction
10 years' experience as a Site Manager delivering similar projects
Experience managing $15M to $30M new Build projects – Residential
Positive management skills with the ability to motivate & drive direct & sub-contract labour
Highly skilled in OH&S;
Detailed Design Knowledge
