You will support our team to ensure our systems, records and processes are accurate, up to date and aligned with best practice—supporting our team to deliver safe, effective services to the community.You'll work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and team across areas such as:Employment records and document controlCompliance registers, audits and reportingEmployee onboarding and administrationWorkplace health and safety systemsContinuous improvement and small projectsThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys working methodically, maintaining systems,



and business improvement.About youYou are organised, detail-focused and take pride in doing things well.
