We are growing and always on the lookout for high calibre individuals to join our store teams.
We are currently looking for full time, part time and casual staff to work in the Sunshine Coast stores, located at Noosa, Nambour, Currimundi and Beerwah.
All stores are looking for staff and you may be required to work from any of the Sunshine Coast stores.
Relevant personal experience in home improvement projects or within the paint or hardware industries is an advantage.
The current position(s) are available for immediate start for enthusiastic and motivated individuals seeking an opportunity to develop their career.
Award wages and uniform are supplied.
You may be required to work some weekends.
Applicants applying for a casual position must be flexible with their availability and be able to work a variety of hours across weekdays and weekends.
The stores are not open on public holidays.
Responsibilities include
Providing an exemplary customer experience to both retail and trade customers
Tinting & mixing paint
Following the "Inspirations Way"
Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge in the areas of paint and protective coatings, while assisting with sales, stock control and merchandising
Store presentation, stock management, housekeeping

Experience / Attributes
Demonstrated customer service with personalised customer focus
Well presented both in appearance and communication
Able to contribute and work in a team environmentProven sales experience and a strong knowledge of paint and associated products
Approachable, confident and energetic with a pleasant disposition and the ability to effectively deal with customer queries and/or customer complaints
Attention to detail, initiative and the ability to learn current systems
Honest, reliable and punctual
This role involves heavy lifting up to 25kgs
