We are seeking an experienced and motivated Orchard Supervisor to support the Orchard Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of our orchard.This is a hands‐on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining practical field work with team supervision, operational planning and administration.
You will play a key role in ensuring safe, productive and efficient orchard operations while fostering a positive team culture.A strong commitment to workplace health and safety is essential, as ensuring the wellbeing of our people remains our highest priority.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, lead and train orchard staff and contractorsEnsure work programs are completed safely, on time and within budgetMonitor productivity and performance to achieve operational targetsMaintain compliance with WHS, quality and operational proceduresParticipate in daily orchard activities and field operationsDeliver toolbox talks and safety briefings as requiredMaintain accurate farm records and operational documentationAssist with administration including irrigation records, spray diaries and data managementSupport continuous improvement initiatives across orchard operationsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Minimum 5 years' experience within a large-scale orchard or agricultural operationAt least 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the horticultural industryCurrent Australian Driver LicenceStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesWell-developed organisational and problem‐solving skillsA strong commitment to workplace health and safetyFlexibility to work weekends,
