About the Role
This casual position includes:
Approximately ***** hours per week on reception
If you have a Cert IV in Fitness your role can include endless opportunities to grow your own PT client base and income on top of this reception role.
Answering enquiries
Member engagement and retention
General administration and customer service
Reception shifts range from:




7:00am – 7:00pm weekdays (afternoon shift availability highly desirable)
8am-12pm Saturdays occasionally
If of interest, Personal Training sessions can be scheduled around your own availability, allowing flexibility and autonomy to design your own schedule.
Minimum Certificate III in Fitness
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Current Working With Children Check
Strong communication and people skills
A passion for health & fitness
Preferred Experience
Sales or customer service experience highly regarded
Experience in a similar front of house role in a fitness centre preferred but not essential
