As a key member of our compassionate team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying the stability of permanent part time or full time work.What you'll be doingAssisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasksFacilitating community access and engagement to support clients' independence and social inclusionImplementing individualised support plans to address clients' unique needs and goalsCollaborating with allied health professionals and family members to ensure holistic, person-centred careMaintaining detailed client records and documentation in line with NDIS requirementsAdhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure the wellbeing of clientsWhat we're looking forApplicants MUST have their own vehicle available for all shifts and fully insuredApplicants MUST be available for shifts outlined in the screening questionaireRelevant Certificate III or IV qualification in Disability, Aged Care,
