We're partnering with a highly regarded Wollongong organisation to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist who wants to be part of a major marketing technology transformation.This isn't a traditional BAU digital marketing role.You'll join a high-performing marketing team and play a key role in transforming the organisation's digital capability, helping shape the future of its website, CMS and digital customer experience.Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo and identify opportunities to improve how digital channels perform.The OpportunityReporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll become a key member of a collaborative marketing team and the second most senior person within the digital function.You'll work across projects involving:Website and CMS optimisationSEO strategy and implementationDigital customer journey improvementsMarketing technology transformationDigital performance and analyticsWorking with internal stakeholders to improve digital capabilityIdentifying opportunities to improve user experience and digital performanceRather than simply maintaining existing digital assets,
