The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join NEPEAN Power, based in our Mackay operations.
This role is responsible for the end to end delivery of electrical manufacturing and installation projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved within agreed time, cost, quality and safety requirements.
This is a full time position offering long term stability and career development opportunities within the NEPEAN Group.What You Will DoPlan and DeliverManage day to day operational aspects of electrical projectsDevelop, maintain and communicate clear project schedules across all phasesMinimise project risk through proactive planning and control measuresEnsure all project documentation is complete, current and appropriately storedControl, Report and GovernManage project budgets, costs and revenue forecastingTrack and report labour hours and expenses weeklyEnsure accurate revenue recognition and timely invoicingEnsure project legal and contractual documentation is completed and signedImplement contingency plans where project control is at riskClient and Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clientsFacilitate effective team and client meetingsCommunicate progress, risks, milestones and expectations clearlyBuild strong client relationships and continually seek opportunities to improve customer satisfactionDevelop a deep understanding of each client's business and objectivesQuality, Safety and ImprovementEnsure projects meet internal and client expectations for quality, budget and delivery timelinesEvaluate key project deliverables to ensure traceability, compliance and client acceptanceWork safely in accordance with WHS requirements,
