including payments and account finalisationMaintain accurate guest folios and post charges in a timely mannerRespond promptly to guest enquiries via phone, in person, and messaging platformsAssist with reservations and coordinate guest requests with relevant departmentsProvide porter services including luggage assistance, room escorts, and amenity deliveriesMaintain presentation of the lobby, entrance, and driveway while managing guest flowComplete night audit duties when required including reporting, reconciliation, and daily balancingEnsure all operational tasks are completed in line with company standardsPromote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experienceContribute to a positive, team-focused work environmentWHY DORSETT?
