Identify, research and onboard new affiliates across various traffic sourcesBenchmark our program's performance, commission structures and partner portfolio against key competitorsStay on top of trends in SEO, paid media,



app marketing and search/AI algorithm shiftsManage a portfolio of affiliates as their main point of contact for day-to-day supportNegotiate improved deal and commission structures to maximise profitability and traffic volumeAnalyse performance data to optimise deals, identify growth opportunities and maintain traffic qualityMonitor KPIs and report on affiliate program performanceVet and monitor partners to ensure compliance and protect brand integrityManage day-to-day admin and cross-functional coordination to keep the program running smoothly
Your track record:
At least 1 year in performance-based affiliate marketing or a similar data-driven digital marketing roleStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) for analysis, forecasting and reportingExperience with affiliate or SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush or similar for competitive analysisExcellent negotiation and relationship management skills to secure and optimise partner agreementsStrong verbal and written communication for clear, professional interaction with teams and affiliatesA proactive, problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot issues and propose data-backed solutions

Understanding of how search engine algorithms and AI impact traffic acquisitionKnowledge of streaming platforms for content creatorsFamiliarity with sports betting, online gambling or crypto industriesStrong ability to learn and adapt to new tools and shifts in the digital landscapeComfortable working across global timezones
