You'll coordinate and supervise he maintenance, operations and capital improvements on a range of administration, public use, and heritage listed facilities.What your day will look like:Conducting building inspections, preparing asset condition reports and other relevant documentationDeveloping, implementing and reviewing forecasts, maintenance schedules, and asset management plansAssisting with the management of operational and capital budgets for building maintenance and capital works programsPreparing relevant quotation and tender documentation and appropriate contract administrationLiaising with contractors and tradespersons where requiredWhat you'll need for success:Experience interpreting and applying building,



heritage and safety regulationsDemonstrated experience conducting inspections reporting and cost estimationStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a variety of stakeholdersValid drivers licence and a construction induction white cardWhat's nice to have:AQF level 5 or above in construction or a related fieldWe understand that not all candidates will meet every selection criterion.
