The Opportunity
Based in
Geelong, VIC
, this full-time position will support the Operations Manager in leading our operations team.
You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, promoting a strong safety culture, and contributing to business performance and growth.
Coordinate and schedule day to day operations of drivers runs and weekly work schedule
Conduct driver debriefs, lead toolbox meetings and manage incident investigations
Attend and contribute to council meetings and stakeholder discussions as required
Consulting with line management in the development and management of operational targets
Deliver a high standard of customer service and effectively resolve customer and stakeholder issues
Drive operational efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives and process reviews
Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance and service delivery standards
About You
We're looking for a confident and engaging leader who is comfortable presenting to groups and has previous supervisory experience, ideally within a transport,



logistics or operational environment.
Demonstrated experience leading teams within an operational environment
Experience within the transport, logistics, waste management or related industries will be highly regarded
Solid leadership capability with experience managing people, workloads and schedules
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands
A commitment to safety and continuous improvement
HR Licence highly regarded
