This role is hands‐on, practical and designed for someone who wants ownership and real business impact.From day one, you'll be managing a portfolio of repair partners, driving performance improvements and strengthening relationships, working closely with repairers, claims teams and internal stakeholders in a collaborative environment.What you'll be doingBuild and manage strong partnerships with a network of repairers, acting as the primary relationship ownerOversee repairer performance against KPIs and SLAs (cost, quality, turnaround times, customer satisfaction)Analyse MIS and Tableau data to identify trends and drive targeted performance improvement plansConduct audits and coach repairers to uplift quality, compliance and operational capabilityManage complaints, escalations and performance issues while ensuring high-quality, safe repair outcomesWhat great looks like2-3 years' experience in motor repair, estimating, or insurance assessingUnderstanding of vehicle repair processes, industry standards and quality frameworksConfident communicator who can influence,
