As a Solicitor, you will provide comprehensive legal services across a broad range of practice areas, working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality advice and representation.Key responsibilitiesProvide legal advice and services to clients across multiple practice areas, including commercial law, property law, litigation, and general mattersDraft, review and negotiate legal documents and commercial agreements on behalf of clientsConduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and client adviceManage client relationships professionally and maintain clear communication throughout legal mattersPrepare legal correspondence, pleadings, and other court documents as requiredAttend meetings and negotiations with clients, opposing parties and other stakeholdersContribute to the development and maintenance of legal resources and templatesSupport compliance with legislative requirements and professional obligationsAssist with business development and client relationship management activitiesWhat we're looking forAdmission to practice as a SolicitorBetween 2-5 years of post-admission experience in a law firm environmentStrong knowledge of general legal practice areas, with the ability to work across multiple disciplines Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to provide clear, pragmatic legal advice Proficiency in legal research,
