ABOUT THE ROLE:Red Arrow Australia is looking for a driven Recruitment Advisor – White Collar to join our recruitment team in Perth.
This is a client-facing, sales-focused role for someone who knows the recruitment industry inside and out and thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and growing new accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Develop and grow a portfolio of white-collar clients across the resources sector, from major Tier-1 operators through to emerging projectsProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of clients and rolesManage the end-to-end recruitment process for white collar positions briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting candidatesBuild and nurture a network of quality candidates across technical, professional and corporate mining disciplinesNegotiate fees, rates and terms of business with clientsProvide market insights and advice to clients on talent trends, salary benchmarking and recruitment strategyMeet and exceed individual sales,



margin and placement targetsRepresent Red Arrow at industry events, client meetings and networking functionsWork closely with the wider Red Arrow team to deliver a seamless client and candidate experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Consultant/Advisor, ideally within white collar or professional services recruitmentA genuine understanding of the recruitment industry and a proven track record in business development and account growthExperience or strong interest in the resources sectorA confident, resilient, sales-driven mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationshipsExcellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced environmentA valid driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
