About the Prospect
An exciting chance exists for an experienced sales qualified to manage and grow our existing customer base across
Pharmacy, Health and Independent Grocery
channels throughout regional Western Australia.
You'll be the voice of some of our best-known pharmacy and health store ranges, including
Caruso's Natural Health, ATP Science, Essenzza Ear Candles, Cacao Collective, Tropeaka and Lotus
.
Independent Grocery will have different tailored portfolio with exciting market leading ranges including Good Fish, Walkers Tuna, Gevity Bone Broth, Leda Biscuits, Diegos Wraps and Oxyshred to name a few.
This is a mainly
office-based, high-volume telesales role with digital support
, calling on regional accounts to drive new listings, manage repeat ordering and grow distribution of our market-leading ranges.
You'll also be required to travel regionally up to
4 times per year
, getting out from behind the phone to meet key customers face-to-face, walk the aisles and strengthen those relationships in person.
Ultimately reporting to the Directors but Working with and under the Category Managers,



you'll manage and grow a specific set of regional accounts, ensuring the highest level of service is maintained while building solid relationships with all stakeholders to achieve targeted sales, distribution and agreed objectives.
You may also be required to conduct occasional in-store visits across
metro Independent Grocery
accounts, providing coverage during annual leave periods for the metro field team.
About You
The successful applicant will possess the following skills:
• You will have excellent communication and people skills, with a confident, resilient phone manner and strong negotiation and closing ability.
• You are result orientated and driven; you add value to your team and are ready to exceed agreed targets.
• You come from a sales background, ideally with experience in Sales or telesales, FMCG, pharmacy, health food or grocery.
• You are a fast learner, detail orientated and accurate.
• You are well planned and organised, comfortable managing a large regional customer portfolio independently.
• You enjoy building rapport over the phone and are confident identifying whitespace — new listings, underperforming lines and cross-sell opportunities within your accounts.
• You are willing and available to travel regionally within WA up to 4 times per year, including overnight stays.
• You are flexible to occasionally step into metro Independent Grocery stores to cover annual leave gaps within the field team.
• You hold a current driver's licence and are proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Full portfolio training and administrative support will be provided to the successful individual.
