Small Animal Specialist Hospital – Ryde NSWFull Job DescriptionSASH Vets is one of Australia's leading veterinary hospital networks, growing to nine hospitals and over 1,200 team members this year.
As part of our transformation, we have implemented Dayforce across Payroll, Time & Attendance and Scheduling, with additional talent modules built and ready for review and rollout.We are now looking for a Dayforce Technical Solution Architect to take ownership of the technical integrity, configuration and optimisation of our Dayforce ecosystem.
This role works within a small specialist team and is critical to ensuring our platform is stable, scalable and aligned with best‐practice architectural standards.ABOUT THE ROLESupports with the technical architecture, configuration and solution design (alongside other specialists within the team) for Dayforce across all modules.Supports the end‐to‐end technical lifecycle: requirements, design, build, integration, testing, deployment and optimisation.Ensure the Dayforce platform, interfaces and infrastructure components are fit‐for‐purpose and technically robust (aligned with general Solution Architect expectations).
Provide expert guidance on Dayforce APIs, integrations, data flows and security models.Review and optimise existing configurations across Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Scheduling.Support the technical readiness and rollout of remaining modules (ATS, Core HR, Onboarding, C&B;, Learning, etcetera).
Work closely with our internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver Dayforce technical solutions.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure system stability during ongoing remediation and enhancement work.Maintain documentation, architectural diagrams and configuration standards.Ensure alignment with best‐practice HCM architecture and enterprise technology principles (consistent with broader Solution Architect duties)ABOUT YOUYou will hold at least a, Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.Early‐career experience in IT systems, integrations, or enterprise application developmentDayforce module certification and/or accreditation (e.g., Payroll, Time & Attendance, WFM, HR, or Talent modules) will be highly regarded.Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, data structures and integration management.Experience designing or supporting enterprise SaaS platforms and other supportive technologies.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Robust analytical and problem‐solving skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.Comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities.Available full‐time, 5 days per weekWHY JOIN SASH?
