What we do
We build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and the main point of contact for key accounts.
Collaborate with the media team to identify upselling and cross‐selling opportunities to maximise revenue growth and meet monthly targets.
Our team develop and implement strategies to maximise client retention rates, ensuring long‐term satisfaction and loyalty.
Address client escalations promptly and effectively, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve client experience.
About You
You will have a proven experience of at least 3 years in an agency running Meta Ads, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing and developing clients' digital marketing campaigns.
An ability to work in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment is a must.
3+ years running Meta Ads (non‐negotiable)
Strong commercial thinking - not just execution
Comfortable with data, attribution, and testing
Ability to manage multiple accounts properly
Linkedin, Tik‐Tok experience is a bonus.
Exceptional client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
Have a client‐centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.




Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions.
Your Experience
You'll need a strong knowledge and understanding of social media principles, strategies, and best practices.
You will have experience in handling client escalations and resolving issues effectively.
Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices.

Minimum 3 years experience as a marketing professional

Strong personal skills with all stakeholder levels
Digital marketing
Performance media experience
Strong knowledge of Google analytics
