The Role:
Managing settlements from contract through to settlement.
Liaising with buyers, sellers, agents, brokers and financial institutions.




Preparing settlement documentation and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Providing exceptional customer service and keeping clients informed every step of the way.
Working closely with our supportive team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
What We Are Looking For:
Previous conveyancing/settlement experience.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
The ability to manage multiple files while maintaining accuracy.
A proactive attitude and a genuine commitment to customer service.
Experience with Realtime is highly regarded, but it's not essential—we're happy to provide training for the right person.
