Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, overseeing operational execution, and managing a senior leadership team across multiple locations.
Your goal is to boost the performance of each venue, open new growth areas, and deliver strong returns on investment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic development, execution of renovation upgrades, and business growth initiatives across the portfolio of the Birch Hotel GroupOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high performance in occupancy, customer satisfaction, and financial metrics through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaborationDevelop bi-annual plans that enhance operational efficiency, focusing on people, process, customer experience,
