You will help customers select window furnishings that improve the comfort, appearance and functionality of their homes, and guide them confidently from their first consultation through to accepting their quote.You will be supported by an experienced office, operations and installation team, a large Wyoming showroom, quality products and a trusted local brand.Full window-furnishing product training will be provided.Why join Premier Shades?

respects each person's contribution and enjoys what we do, while continually looking for ways to improve through technology, innovation and the latest developments in colour, design and window furnishings.The opportunityMost of your time will be spent meeting homeowners in their homes throughout the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie region.You will listen carefully to each customer's needs, recommend suitable solutions, take accurate measurements, prepare professional quotes and follow up opportunities through to sale.Some customers may also meet you at our Wyoming showroom, where you can help them finalise their selections.Alongside residential sales, there is an chance to build relationships with relevant local organisations and businesses, including retirement villages, clubs, hospitality venues, designers and property professionals.The role is full-time, five days per week.
From time to time, you may arrange a Saturday showroom appointment where it is needed to accommodate one of your customers.What you will be responsible forConducting professional in-home consultationsUnderstanding customers' practical, style and budget requirementsRecommending appropriate window-furnishing solutionsTaking accurate measurements and preparing detailed quotesFollowing up quotes professionally and converting opportunities into salesMeeting customers in our Wyoming showroom when requiredManaging your appointments,
sales pipeline and customer communicationDeveloping new residential and selected business opportunitiesBuilding strong, long-term customer and referral relationshipsAchieving agreed sales targets and key performance indicatorsWorking closely with our office, operations and installation teamsContributing ideas that improve sales performance and customer satisfactionAbout youYou are an experienced sales professional who enjoys building trust, solving problems and helping customers make confident purchasing decisions.You are comfortable working independently, but you also recognise that excellent customer outcomes rely on strong teamwork behind the scenes.Ideally, you will bring:At least two years' experience in an autonomous sales or consultative sales roleA successful track record of following up opportunities and closing salesExcellent communication, listening and relationship-building skillsA professional, positive and customer-focused approachStrong organisation, time-management and follow-up habitsConfidence using computers, customer-management systems and quoting softwareGood attention to detail and the ability to prepare accurate quotesA collaborative and team-oriented mindsetExperience in window furnishings or related industry would be highly regarded.
