The Shed House is a leading Sunshine Coast Hinterland builder delivering innovative steel frame kit homes and alternative housing solutions across Queensland.Combining modern construction technology with local building knowledge, we design, engineer, manufacture, and deliver quality housing solutions for homeowners, builders, and industry partners.We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Assistant to support the growth of our kit home division.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and wants to develop their skills in construction sales, estimating, and business development.Working closely with the business owners, you will assist customers through the early stages of their building journey while helping develop relationships with clients, builders, and industry partners.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Respond to recent sales enquiries and complete follow-up calls with potential clients.Maintain regular communication with leads using structured follow-up systems to ensure opportunities are progressed.Assist customers by explaining our kit home options, process, inclusions, and next steps with professionalism.Prepare preliminary estimates and assist with project feasibility assessments.Collect project information and assist with preparing accurate sales proposals.Build relationships with builders, designers, and industry contacts to support growth of our kit home network.Assist with social media content, newsletters, project updates, and marketing activities.Maintain accurate customer information, sales pipelines,
