Job Description
Huadabing The successful candidate must be creative and with excellent culinary skills.
You will be responsible for menu creation and planning, food preparing, high quality food presentation, supervision and training of kitchen staff, and enforcement and compliance of hygiene and safety standards.

Task & responsibilities Plan and create exciting international menus and improve existing recipes Prepare and cook varying international dishes to a high standard Monitor food preparation, food quality and presentation Manage and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, food presentation and food safety
Order and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies according to budget, and to ensure meeting daily production needs Ensures compliance with health,



hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and food preparation areas Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure efficient food service to customers Qualification & experience A relevant trade qualification in cookery or kitchen/hospitality management Minimum one year of relevant experience working in a rapid-paced, high-volume commercial kitchen Knowledge of cuisines from different countries and cultures Experience in cooking and producing quality international dishes Excellent culinary and kitchen management skills Knowledge of commercial kitchen procedures and operations Knowledge of food safety, HACCP and safety requirements Strong work ethic, communication and leadership skills About Company World is a new venue from the Chairman Group – the company behind Lanterne Rooms, Chairman and Yip, Mu & Cicada Bar and more – described as "a new creative restaurant concept ... created specifically for East Traders".
