2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role

Expected salary: $79,499 - $80,000 per year
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook and present high-quality meals in accordance with Jamaica Blue standards.
Plan and organise food preparation and cooking activities.
Assist with menu planning and the development of new menu items.
Monitor food quality,



portion control and presentation.
Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
Manage stock levels, ordering and storage of food supplies.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen operations and assist with staff training as required.
Ensure efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
Minimum of 12 months full-time experience working as a Chef.
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
Ability to work effectively in a busy team setting.
This is a full-time position offering an annual salary of
AUD $79,499 - $80,000
plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
