About The Role
Morlife is seeking a energetic
Ecommerce & Email Marketing Specialist
to drive our online growth and customer engagement.
In this hands-on role, you'll own our ecommerce operations, from managing Klaviyo email flows and campaigns to updating our website, coordinating product launches, and bringing the Morlife brand story to life across digital channels.
This is a pivotal position where your strategic thinking and creative execution will directly impact our revenue, customer loyalty, and market position in the functional food space.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Automation
: Design, build, and optimize Klaviyo email flows and campaigns; manage segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
Ecommerce Management
: Maintain product information, write compelling product descriptions, manage inventory, update categorisation, and ensure the website reflects our latest offerings
Campaign Execution
: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels
Product Launches & Content
: Coordinate product launch campaigns, organize photoshoots, and create supporting marketing content and product photography
Analytics & Reporting
: Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management, tracking KPIs across email, website, and overall digital marketing
Website Optimization
: Update website content, manage product pages, and contribute to ongoing ecommerce platform improvements
Content Creation
: Develop engaging copy for emails, product descriptions, blog posts,



and social media that authentically communicate the Morlife story
About You
You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
You have a creative flair, strong organizational skills, and a genuine passion for ecommerce and digital marketing.
You understand what drives customer engagement and know how to turn insights into action.
Essential Experience & Skills
Proven experience with Klaviyo
or similar email marketing platforms, building flows, campaigns, and segments
Robust ecommerce platform experience
with Shopify or similar
Demonstrable track record
in ecommerce or email marketing roles
Excellent copywriting skills
with the ability to craft authentic, compelling brand narratives
Proficiency in analytics
and comfortable interpreting data to optimize based on performance metrics
Strong project management
skills to handle multiple campaigns and tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills
both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
within a growing team
Current Queensland driver's licence
with access to reliable transport
Desirable Qualifications
Digital Marketing or related degree




Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms
Knowledge of nutrition, wellness, or the functional food industry
SEO and content marketing experience
Social media marketing experience
Passion for health, wellness, and healthy living
