About Predictive Discovery
Predictive Discovery is an emerging Australian gold producer in West Africa with a clear strategy to scale into a mid-tier mining company through disciplined growth and execution.
The Company achieved a major operational milestone with first gold pour at Kiniero, Guinea in December ****, with commercial production commenced in Q******.
Alongside its producing Nampala operation in Mali, Predictive Discovery is positioned for significant near-term growth, including the recent merger with Robex Gold, supporting a pathway toward a ~400 koz per annum production profile.
With the Bankan development project underpinning long-term growth, Predictive Discovery offers a agile and forward-looking environment driven by strong technical standards and operational excellence.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a technically strong Resource Geologist to join our corporate team in Perth.
Reporting to the Principal Resource Geologist, this role will support geological modelling, Grade Control, Mineral Resource estimation, and reconciliation activities across our operations and growth projects in West Africa.
This role provides exposure to both producing operations and development projects, with occasional site visits to maintain close collaboration with site geology teams.
Develop and maintain geological models, and undertake Grade Control and Mineral Resource modelling and estimation for operating and development assets.
Conduct data analysis, domaining, and geostatistical studies to support robust estimations
Ensure QA/QC protocols, database integrity, and audit-ready datasets
Reconcile resource models against grade control and production data, including investigation of variances
Support resource classification and reporting in line with JORC or NI ****** standards
Contribute to technical reports, internal studies, and public disclosures
Collaborate with exploration,



mine geology, and technical services teams
Assist in drill program planning to improve resource confidence and conversion
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to geologists across operations
Support interactions with external consultants during technical reviews where required
Technical Environment
Structurally complex gold systems within the Birimian Greenstone Belt of West Africa
Combination of open pit operations and underground development projects
Active drilling programs including RC, diamond, and grade control drilling
Corporate modelling and estimation workflows with strong integration to site teams
About You
Bachelor's degree in Geology (MSc preferred, particularly in Geostatistics)
3-6 years' experience in Resource Geology, Mine Geology or Grade Control within the mining industry
Experience in geological modelling and resource estimation
Experienced in nuggety, structurally controlled gold deposits
Advanced proficiency in:
Leapfrog Geo / Leapfrog Edge
Snowden Supervisor
Datamine Studio RM
Datamine Ore Controller
Understanding of geostatistics, domaining, and estimation techniques
Experience with reconciliation and model validation
Experience in gold production environment is highly regarded
Strong communication skills with ability to engage across corporate and site teams
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a multi-asset environment
Currently based in Western Australia and able to mobilise without visa sponsorship
