Blackbee Specialist Coatings (BSC) are expert polyurea lining contractors based in Western Australia.
We service the demand for skilled experienced protective coating applicators to work on mining and mineral processing sites throughout Australia.
We require
Painters / Blasters
to join our team working across Perth, Kalgoorlie and surrounding areas, and the Pilbara region.
Duties and Responsibilities
:
Protection of work area and surrounds including encapsulation
Adequate preparation of varying surfaces including blasting off old paint
Application of appropriate painting systems




Mixing of materials to achieve the required coloration
Safe usage of equipment
Determining paint thickness using a relevant gauge
Erecting and dismantling appropriate scaffolding
Maintenance of equipment including hand-tools
Cleaning of work area and equipment
To be considered you will need
:
At least 3 years' experience in a comparable environment
Available to travel to different locations in Western Australia
National Police Clearance
This is a full time position (80 hours minimum a fortnight).
A remuneration package of $93,600 - $104,000 per annum + SGC will be offered to the successful candidates.
