Project Coordinator
Location – Parramatta
Employment type – Temporary Full-Time, 35 hours per week
Grade – Clerk Grade 7/8
Salary – $113,574 pa - $125,720 pa plus employers' contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
The Project Coordinator is a high-impact role supporting the successful delivery of strategic projects from initiation to completion.
Working alongside the Project and Program Manager, you'll coordinate key activities, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What you'll do
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised and motivated Project Coordinator to join the Major Digital and ICT Programs team within the Information and Digital Services division.
This role will primarily support the
Youth Justice Technology Enabled Transformation program
, delivering the new Enhanced Case Hub and Organisation System (ECHOS) to replace CIMS, alongside broader technology and business change initiatives.
Opportunities may also arise to contribute across other strategic ICT programs.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating project activities to ensure delivery on time, within budget and scope
Preparing high-quality reports, briefs and maintaining project documentation
Monitoring milestones, tracking risks and identifying emerging issues
Engaging stakeholders and supporting working groups and consultations
Conducting research and analysis to inform decision-making

What we're looking for
We are seeking a motivated qualified to coordinate complex ICT programs and drive meaningful outcomes.
Experience supporting multi-stream IT programs, including reporting, budgeting, progress tracking, and documentation
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across teams, service providers, and community partners
Solid understanding of project management principles, delivering on time, on budget,



and to quality standards
Government sector experience desirable, especially in Youth Justice or human services
Proactive, adaptable, and committed to improving outcomes for young people
