This isn't your typical property management role.
One day you'll be meeting a new owner over coffee.
The next you'll be walking through a beautiful coastal home, coordinating its launch, or helping an owner unlock their property's full potential.
If you love connecting with people, spotting opportunities and seeing projects through from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the face of Moxxi across the North West Coast, building relationships, growing our portfolio and creating an exceptional onboarding experience for every new owner.
You'll:
Meet with prospective property owners and introduce them to the Moxxi experience.
Build trusted relationships and guide owners through every stage of the onboarding journey.
Coordinate everything needed to launch a new property—from styling purchases and setup through to the final walkthrough.
Build genuine relationships with owners that continue long after their property goes live.
Proactively grow our portfolio through referrals, networking and local community connections.
Represent Moxxi at owner events, expos and community networking opportunities.
Property Checks
Work closely with our Guest Experience,



Revenue and Operations teams to deliver outstanding results for owners and guests alike.
Travel to Launceston for training, team workshops and assistance in peak periods.
About you
You're someone who genuinely enjoys working with people.
You build trust quickly, ask great questions and know how to make people feel comfortable.
You're organised, proactive and enjoy taking ownership.
You don't need someone looking over your shoulder—you see what needs to be done and get on with it.
You'll ideally bring:
Experience in client relationship management, account management or business development.
Experience in property, tourism, hospitality or accommodation (preferred but not essential).
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
A self-motivated approach with the confidence to work autonomously.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
A growth mindset with a natural ability to spot opportunities.
Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
A current driver's licence.
