About the Role
Technology Support Officers work within the school providing support for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems to ensure smooth day to day operation.
Technology Support Officers provide support to teachers and students with technology related issues and ensure that ICT services are operating at agreed levels by working collaboratively with other ICT staff.

The school enrols around **** students who engage with their studies remotely.
Our school employs more than 250 full-time, part-time, casual and temporary staff.
The school relies on effective and reliable ICT to support online teaching and learning, school administrative systems and communication with students and parents/carers.
The Technical Support Officer supports the operation of the school's ICT systems and infrastructure in line with NSW Department of Education standards.
