About the Role
As a Muzz Buzz Team Member, you'll be the face of our iconic brand, ensuring every customer has an amazing experience.
In this drive-through-only environment, speed, quality, and exceptional service are key.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll:
Prepare and serve a range of
hot and cold beverages
to Muzz Buzz standards.
Serve
pre-prepared food items
efficiently and safely to customers.
Take orders and
make customers feel welcome
with a positive and friendly attitude.
Operate within a
drive-through-only service model
, ensuring fast, high-quality experiences.
Keep the store clean
and hygienic, adhering to food safety standards.
Open and close the store, including handling basic operational tasks.
Work both collaboratively in a
team environment
and independently when needed.

Full training is provided for all team members!
Availability
This role offers:
A
rotating roster
of up to 25 hours per week.
Shifts ranging from
3–8 hours
, scheduled between
5:00 AM and 5:00 PM
, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
