Heavy Haulage Truck Driver
Wind Farm Project – Pilbara, WA
WA Specialised Transport Projects are seeking experienced Heavy Haulage Truck Drivers for a major wind farm construction project in regional Western Australia.
This role involves the safe transportation of over-dimensional wind turbine components including blades, nacelles, and tower sections on specialised heavy haulage equipment.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Australia's growing renewable energy sector.
You will play a key role in delivering critical wind turbine components to one of the region's major wind farm developments.
This position is offered on a
13:8 roster
Remote Camp based, or
28:7 roster
Port Hedland Camp based.
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
Current and unrestricted MC Drivers Licence.
Current Commercial Drivers Medical Certificate.
Current Fatigue Management Certificate.
Proven experience operating various heavy haulage combinations Platform trailers with drawbar and or gooseneck configs of 10, 12, 14 & 15 lines, plus Blade Trailers (Noteboom) combinations up to 105 mts long.
Experience transporting over-dimensional and over-mass loads with wind farm or mining experience highly regarded.
Remote, off-road,



dirt road experience and the ability to drive to road conditions.
Hold, or willing to obtain a national accredited Load Restraint certificate, Chain of Responsibility certificate and Defensive Driver certificate.
Construction Induction Card (White Card).
Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen.
HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Adherent to Health and Safety Procedures.
· Commit and Maintain Safe work standards.
· Always maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
· Provide feedback on Health & Safety incidents to management.
WHAT WE OFFER

You will receive an attractive hourly rate, paid weekly and guaranteed hours with an average rate of $60/hr at commencement.
Flights provided from Perth and selected capital cities and camp accommodation with meals provided on site.
