About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you will play an integral part in the smooth running of the practice.
We are looking for someone who takes

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing genuinely caring and compassionate patient care
Taking initiative and anticipating the needs of dentists and patients
Preparing surgeries efficiently in line with the daily schedule
Chair-side assisting across a wide range of procedures
Maintaining strict infection control and sterilisation protocols
Managing instrument flow and clinical setup with efficiency
Multitasking and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment
Managing patient appointments using D4W
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
Supporting reception when required
Ensuring a clean, safe,
and organised clinical environment

Skills & Experience
Previous dental assisting experience essential
Exposure to reception duties and D4W highly advantageous
Strong customer service skills essential
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident required
