About the role
As a Leasing Consultant at Ray White Kirwan, you will play a crucial role in the residential leasing and property management team.
What you'll be doing
Effectively market and advertise available rental properties to attract quality tenants
Conduct property inspections, process tenancy applications and execute lease agreements
Liaise with landlords and tenants to address any questions, concerns or maintenance issues
Coordinate property inspections
Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and potential tenants
What we're looking for
Strong knowledge of the local residential rental market and property management best practices
Excellent communication and customer service skills to build positive relationships with landlords and tenants
Demonstrated experience in a similar leasing or property management role




Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve targets and meet deadlines
Proficient in using property management software and tools
Queensland real estate license or the ability to obtain one
