RCC Civil is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our growing team, working across civil construction projects throughout the Northern Rivers and Southeast Queensland.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will assist with project planning, coordination, technical delivery, quality assurance and cost control.
You will work closely with site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating labour, plant, materials, suppliers and subcontractors.
Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation.
Preparing and maintaining ITPs, SWMS, work instructions and project records.
Completing inspections and verifying works against project requirements.
Managing non-conformances, corrective actions and quality documentation.
Assisting with procurement, programming, cost control and financial reporting.
Maintaining document control, registers and project records in Procore.




Supporting project safety and environmental management systems.
Attending project and client meetings.
Assisting with tenders and pre-tender documentation.
The successful applicant will ideally hold a qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline and have previous experience in civil construction.
You will have strong organisational and communication skills, an understanding of quality, safety and environmental requirements, and the ability to interpret civil drawings and specifications.
Experience using Procore or similar construction management software will be highly regarded.
A current driver's licence and Construction Industry White Card are required.
