These positions can be offerred as Full time or Part time.
As part of the Nurse Pool, you'll work across a range of wards and specialties, supporting teams where your skills are needed most.
No two days will look the same,
and you'll gain exposure to diverse clinical environments while contributing to high‐quality, patient‐centred care.
This is a role where you will deliver safe, compassionate, evidence‐based Nursing care across a variety of clinical settings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes, adapt quickly to different ward environments and patient needs, maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.
Working with the Nepean Nursing Pool will provide you with p
ermanent employment with predictable hours and the variety of rotating clinical placements.
It will offer opportunities to broaden your clinical skills across Medical, Surgical, Emergency, Perioperative, and specialty areas working with a supportive leadership team and access to ongoing education.

What you will bring to the role?
Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
Demonstrated experience and clinical skill as a Registered Nurse (including completion of a new graduate year or equivalent experience working as a registered Nurse).
Demonstrated capacity to provide effective nursing care that is person centred, family inclusive and culturally sensitive to people accessing health services.
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
Demonstrated effective communications written and verbal skills
Demonstrated commitment to professional development
Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
Ability to work a flexible roster, day evening or night shift across all days of the week.
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
